Ankit is a Production Manager with over 10 years of experience managing end-to-end digital, television, commercial, and film productions across Hong Kong. He has successfully delivered projects for global organizations including Google, Meta, and UNDP while collaborating with leading creative teams at Josh Talks, Red Bangle Films, and Publicis Groupe. His expertise spans production planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, on-set operations, stakeholder coordination, and post-production delivery. Combining operational excellence with a passion for storytelling, Ankit helps creative teams transform ideas into impactful content that is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest production standards.

Jean

International Production Specialist

Jean Chang is an International Production Specialist whose storytelling journey has taken her across Asia, with Hong Kong often serving as both a creative base and source of inspiration. She has worked with international broadcasters like the History Channel, Channel NewsAsia, Al Jazeera, NHK International, Discovery Asia, and the Crime & Investigation Network. She is recognized for her ability to adapt to any situation, whether it be talking to sex workers in Kuala Lumpur’s red light district, connecting with life-long drug-using fishermen on Malaysia’s conservative East Coast, to chatting with high profile politicians and academics. She is empathic, able to quickly connect and see the world from the perspective of the people she meets. From acrobatic Cambodian circus orphans, death-defying Indonesian bull riders to trafficked Rohingya refugees, Jean not only connects with them, but sees the world through their eyes, in an effort to tell their stories in the most authentic way.
